Apartments Aniva 1 and Aniva 2 are located on the 1st floor of the house, Aniva 3 and Aniva 4 are on the 2nd floor. Size of each apartment is 35 square meters, not including the balcony. Size of the balconies are 12 square meters for Aniva 1 and Aniva 2, and 6 square meters for Aniva 3 and Aniva 4. There are one bedroom with 2 separate beds, bathroom with shower, living room with couch-bed for 2 persons (195×130 cm) and kitchen per each apartment.
