House Eufemia is situated on the north coast of the town of Rovinj, 100 m from the beach with a beautiful view on the sea.
We offer 2 different apartments and a separate bedroom.
One apartment 4+1, is newly redecorated, with 2 beautiful bedrooms, a big living room and dinning room, a big entrance hall that separates all the rooms, a small toilet and a big bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. There is a nice terrace surrounded by plants, with table and chairs.
The second apartment 2+2, has a different entrance, a small bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and livingroom and a big bedroom. It also has a nice terrace with table and chairs.
The bedroom has also a separate entrance, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace with table and chairs.
