Apartments Martičić are located on a family estate in Podaca, famous for its clean sea, mild climate, beautiful beaches and a long tourist tradition. The distance from the sea and beach is only 10 meters, far away from the crowd and the main road, making this location a very interesting for families with small children. The beach is pebble with lots of natural shade that make pine trees. Behind the beach stretches a newly built 5-kilometer walkway ideal for evening walks and relaxation, but also for tourists who prefer a more active holiday with running, rolling and cycling. All 4 apartments have a separate entrance, air conditioning and wireless internet access (WIFI). The capacity of the house is 15 beds and 3 extra beds. Five parking spaces are insured within the property surrounding the house. On the newly built promenade there are restaurants Bonaca and Medni which offer specialties such as grill, seafood and various types of pizzas. A grocery store, a bakery, a fruit and vegetable stand, and a post office are about 300 meters from the house.
