Villa NeRu Vodice bevindt zich in Vodice, 700 m van de zee en heeft een capaciteit voor 8–10 personen v 1 verblijfseenheid. Aankomst is mogelijk vanaf 16:00 uur en op de dag van vertrek tot 10:00. Eigenaar spreekt : ENG, HRV.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suite bathrooms. An additional air-conditioned inner bedroom with a double bed is located in the basement; it also has a private bathroom and direct access to the pool. The window of this room faces the indoor summer kitchen, creating a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with their own TV.
The property has a total of 5 bathrooms, and towels are provided for guests.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
The spacious living room with a large satellite TV offers two sofa beds, a TV with an Xbox gaming console, and a washing machine. There is also an additional bathroom on this floor.
Guests can enjoy a large terrace with a barbecue, a private 24 m˛ swimming pool, 2–3 parking spaces, and free WiFi.
