The house is new, built of stone, in an authentic Dalmatian style, with an outdoor pool, the only one in the old town of Vodice, which distinguishes it from other similar buildings. The house provides excellent comfort in the city center and evokes an indigenous Dalmatian environment. From the windows and terrace of the Dalmatian villa you can see the seafront and the sea. In the immediate vicinity of the building, just a few meters away, there are excellent home-made restaurants, modern cafés, shops and the city's long main beach. For guests who like the indigenous Dalmatian environment, we recommend an apartment on the ground floor or a Dalmatian villa with a heated whirlpool. For guests who like a more modern way of living, we recommend apartments on the first and second floor of the house. All apartments are air-conditioned with a private bathroom, balcony, TV, kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. At the top of the house are two large terraces for sunbathing and evening socializing. On the ground floor is a large Dalmatian courtyard with a heated pool.
