Villa Niva bevindt zich in eiland Vir – Vir, 350 m van de zee en heeft een capaciteit voor 3–14 personen v 3 verblijfseenheden. Aankomst is mogelijk uur en op de dag van vertrek tot 09:00. Eigenaar spreekt : ENG, GER, HRV.
Villa Niva was built in 2018 and offers 3 different apartments near the Pedinka beach. In a quiet location and also not far from the center of Vir. At the parking lot there is a possibility to charge E-Cars via a 11 kW Wallbox.
Near the house there is a bakery and a shop, and on the nearby plaziert there is a Cafe Bar.
