Villa has the best location in this area – located right on the small beach for our guests and a 3 km long seaside promenade with many cafes and restaurants and tourist boat stop to Trogir and Split.
It is very peaceful and quiet as well.

We are a small family business, and our guests' comfort and health are our top priority. This is why we will be taking additional precautions to keep you healthy and safe: upon the departure of each guest, our cleaning team will disinfect and thoroughly clean all surfaces in the suite. 
In addition, we will provide alcohol based hand disinfecting gel in each suite for free. We are dedicated to keeping you healthy, safe, and comfortable. 
Our family has forty years of experience in tourism; three generations have worked to contribute to it, and it’s an immense source of pride for us. I love meeting new people, and some of my guests have become longterm close friends.
On 1th of May 2019 is opened a brand-new infinity luxury swimming pool (8 x 4 metres or 26 x 13 feet) with a hydromassage.
The pool is connected to the summer kitchen and barbecue.
From 11 am to 2 pm, our guests will be welcome to order a light lunch in the summer kitchen or enjoy their favourite beverage on lounge chairs next to the pool.
Our eco-pool is one hundred percent safe: it does not contain any chemicals or chlorine, but works with a generator and electrolysis of the salt water. This means that – instead of chlorine – we put salt in our pool.
Water and salt pass through a generator, which - through the process of electrolysis - isolates the chloride ion in the salt. This pure chlorine cleans and purifies the pool water, and then binds again to the salt.

There is no danger of any skin reactions that are sometimes associated with traditional pools. This pool is safe for everyone – including young children!

We will welcome you to the villa with a complimentary bottle of champagne.
Each guest gets an individual departure gift as a souvenir for their stay in our villa.

For complete reservation you need to pay 40 percent of the total amount on my bank account.
After that your reservation will be complete.
Rest you will pay when you arrive to the villa or two weeks before your arriving on my bank account.

100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.

Damage Security deposit is 150 €. If is everything OK deposit will return to you back when you departure from the villa.
