The house is located just 300 meters from the beach in Slatine, 8km from Trogir center. Slatine has the regular boat line to Split and Trogir (30 minutes). The apartments are located on three floors of the building, each apartment has its own terrace and 5 of 7 apartments have views of the sea and Split. Before the house is a grill with seating. The house is located near restaurants, cafes, bars by the sea, shops, a church. Slatine has its emergency, post office and fire department.
