The nearest beaches Zenta, Firule and Bačvice are about 1 km away and Žnjan and Duilovo beaches are about 2 km away. There is a city parking lot next to the apartment.
The apartment has an area of 65 m2 and consists of a living room with a kitchenette of 30 m2, two bedrooms, the larger of which is 19 m2 and the other smaller 9 m2, a bathroom of 5 m2 and a luggage room. The entire apartment was recently renovated.
