Villa Azul will delight you with its great equipped apartments with a large terrace and breathtaking views of the open sea.
You can choose from 4 larger apartments for 4-5 people with a bedroom and living area or 2 smaller studios for 3-4 people located in the attic.
All apartments and studios are air-conditioned, have a fully equipped kitchenette with a wine opener and a coffee machine, a private bathroom with a toilet and a shower, and a pleasant seating area on the terrace, in addition to the stunning views.
On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a room with a kitchen and a meeting room, in front of which is a grill and a sitting area in the shade of the pergola. This area is available to all guests staying in the villa. The kitchen has a professional coffee machine with exceptional coffee, a fridge, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. The outdoor gas grill will speed up the preparation of meals. You can also use the typical Croatian oven, which is just around the corner. If you heat it with wood and charcoal, you can prepare delicacies on real fire and gourmets can even bake octopus under the oven.
If there are more of you barbecue party lovers and you don’t know each other, arrange days to rotate. But there’s nothing stopping you from getting to know each other!
When work calls and you don’t want to be disturbed or disturb your family’s well-being with work calls in the apartment, use the ground floor meeting room with a work and a meeting table as well as video conferencing. Internet access and a printer are a must.

Staying in Ražanj is for all generations. Both sunbathers and active sportsmen will find something for themselves. On the bicycles available at the villa you will be at the local Ražanj beach in a few minutes. In fact, you can use them for any kind of travel - to the beach, to the shop, to the restaurant, or for a ride around the area.

Our paddleboards will guarantee you fun at sea! They are inflatable, so always check the pressure before use (max 15 psi) and inflate if necessary. The paddleboard can carry up to 150 kg, is stable, and has a non-slip surface. For your safety, please use life jackets. If this is your first time on a paddleboard, watch the short instructional video on how to paddle. Don’t be afraid to use a kayak seat either. Have fun at sea!
