Appartementen Ante bevindt zich in Rogoznica – Ražanj, 80 m van de zee en heeft een capaciteit voor 4–15 personen v 3 verblijfseenheden. Eigenaar spreekt : CZ, ENG, GER, HRV, POL.
In the offer of Apartments Ante are 3 spacious apartments, 50m2 (4 + 1).
In the price are included sojourn tax,INTERNET, use of satellite TV, parking, table tennis, deck chairs (2 deck chairs per apartment) and parasols! :) All apartments have a sea view and air condition.
Distance to the sea is 80m, and to the beach reserved for our guests 190m.
The apartments are comfortable and fully equipped (with everything you need for cooking and living, including cloths, all dishes and cutlery, towels, toilet paper, soap etc ....).
Apartments no. 1 and no. 2 are located on the ground floor, the size of 50m2 each. They have living room with a kitchen (all the elements, refrigerator, stove with oven ..), two bedrooms (one double bed, one with twin beds, wardrobes in every room, bedding included), bathroom (with bath) and a spacious terrace (20m2 each terrace).
Apartment 3 is located on the first floor, is 50m2. It consists of a spacious living room with a kitchen (all the elements, refrigerator, stove with oven ..), two bedrooms (one double bed, one with twin beds, wardrobes in every room, bedding included), bathroom (with shower), extra toilet and balcony. The apartment also has an extra toilet.
Near the house is a small pine forest, ideal for relaxing walks. Nearby (distance 50m) is cycling trail for guests who want more active vacation. Also, fans of sports may enjoy walks, trekking, fishing, diving, various water sports and many other activities.
The apartments are located in place Razanj, bay Stivasnica, near of Rogoznica. Razanj is an ideal place for those who want to escape from the hectic everyday life and fully relax. Guests can enjoy the untouched nature and crystal clear sea.
Also, close are following cities: Rogoznica is 10 km, Primosten 18 km, Trogir 25 km, Sibenik 40 km, Split 45km and the national parks Krka, Kornati and Paklenica.
Pets are welcomed, those below 5 kg have gratis accomondation!:) Accomondation for those above 5kg are additional 10eur/day.
