The property is rented as a whole house (HOME 12+6) or individual apartments (ap2+2, ap4+2 and ap6+2), both without the owner and his family living in it.

It's a new house with 3 separate apartments in Rtina near Zadar. Whole house this size (18 people) for touristic renting is very rare and represents a unique property if you are looking for accomodation for a big group.

There are 5 to 6 free parking spaces available right in front of the house.

Pets are conditionally allowed, which means that you need to inform me of what kind of pet you are bringing and how big it is, and I will let you know the details as soon as possible.

The pool has 40 square meters and it's heated. It's surrounded by walls and is on higher terrain so it’s quite private. At your disposal are big tables in the shade by the pool and sun loungers. Near the pool are two old grape trees that can offer a sweet refreshment after enjoying the pool.

The house is also equipped with a gaming space. It has popular games like table tennis, table football and darts. It's also equipped with a bathroom - so that's an extra bath with a shower inside the house.

HOME 12+6 is the option where you rent the whole house without the owner and his family being in it. This is the preferable renting option.
Arrivals and departures are possible any day of the week.

Renting individual apartments (ap2+2, ap4+2 and ap6+2) is also possible but it's highly preferred outside of July and August. This option also includes the owner and his family not being in the house, but there can be other tourists in the house.

Our place has less than 500 inhabitants with a coastal line of 3.5 kilometers so the beaches are never crowded and you can always find a place on the beach only for yourself. Entrance to the sea doesn't have rocks - it's either sand or you have stairs for entering. Our small sea bay Plemići is characterized by shallow sea water that's suitable for kids. A small sea bay makes it quite warm with the swimming season starting from the beginning of June till the end of September.

The house is located near all amenities such as shops, restaurants, market, post office, ATM, ambulance.
