Dear guests, Villa "JERKAN" - The apartments are located in Podstrana - Martin, approx. 10 km from Split, the largest city in Dalmatia and the second largest city in Croatia. The building is located on the beach, about ten meters from the sea. On the ground floor is a bar - an internet cafe. There is a large terrace, garden 70 m2 with tables for dining, entertainment and recreation, all designed exclusively for guests. In front of the building is a beach with all necessary facilities for sunbathing and relaxation. In the first, second and fourth floor are apartments and studios, eighth in total. The building has its own secured parking. In agreement with our guests, we organize various entertainment such as: fish picnic, barbeque in the old Podstrana, rafting on the Cetina River, trips to the waterfalls on the river Krka, boat trips to nearby islands such as Brac, Hvar, Vis, Solta, etc .... riding and fishing on the boat of the owner - Bakota, horseback riding, visits to various ancient monuments and museums as well as cities such as Split, Solin, Trogir, Omis, Sinj, Sibenik, Zadar, Dubrovnik, Mostra, etc .... For guests arriving by train, boat or plane, we can arrange transportation to the apartments. The staff is always available for guests, staff is able to communicate in several languages.
