Over het verblijf
Villa Aquarius bevindt zich in Podstrana – Gornja Podstrana, 3000 m van de zee en heeft een capaciteit voor 2–3 personen v 1 verblijfseenheid. Eigenaar spreekt : ENG, ITA, HRV.
Villa Aquarius in Podstrana Old village, is situated at 310 m above sea level. It is ideal place for peaceful hollidays and relaxation. It is combination of isolation and proximity of the Diocletian’s city Split, only 15 km away. In the near (3 km) there are shops, a pharmacy and numerous restaurants. At the same distance are the pebble beaches.
Villa Aquarius is a luxury holiday home, surrounded by beautiful large garden planted with Mediterranean plants and trees.
In the garden there is a swimming pool size 10m x 4m, depth of 1.70 m.
On the south side of the house is a terrace overlooking the city of Split and the central Dalmatian islands. On the north side of the house is an area with barbecue and dining table.
The villa consists:
two bedrooms: one bedroom with a real bed and a small room with a sofa.
The house has a living room with TV, DVD, and Internet,
Fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area and bathroom with shower.
