Villa Vicenzo is located in the charming and beautiful village of Pirovac, which is between two major touristic cities - Šibenik and Zadar. Also, it is 30 minutes away from National Park Krka, a place of beautiful and unspoiled nature and waterfalls. Pirovac also offers daily boat excursions to National Park Kornati, often mentioned as a "nautical paradise" in tourist publications, where you sail through all 89 unforgettable islands, islets and reefs. Very close is Nature Park Vransko Lake, a natural phenomenon and Croatia's largest lake where you can have an adventurous bike ride around the whole lake or have a spectacular sightseeing point at Kamenjak viewpoint from where you can see the whole lake and a big part of the coastal area. Apart from natural beauties, this area is also a great place for people who enjoy nightlife and music, given that in Garden Resort in Tisno, only 10 minutes from Pirovac, there are different festivals throughout the summer. Nevertheless, the village tourist board organises an every year summer program where everybody can find something for his interests.

Our villa is positioned in the very city centre and is within 5-minute walking distance from historical old town gates, restaurants, supermarkets, two beaches and a marina. For our guests with children, there is an amusement park just a few minutes away from our villa. On the ground floor of our villa is Restaurant Štikadenta, where it is possible to arrange a breakfast and/or dinner for our guests. The villa consists of a total of twelve rooms, six double and six triple rooms. Every room is equipped with air conditioning, free WI-FI, a working desk, a closet, a safe, a private balcony and a bathroom. The nearest airport Zadar is a 45 minutes drive from our villa and transfers can be arranged by appointment. Our staff is available 24 hours in case you need any help or support.
