Holiday homes Twins is located in the quiet location of Banj on the island of Pasman. The island of Pasman and the island of Ugljan, which belong to the Zadar archipelago, are connected by a bridge and a good island road that connects all points along the coast on both islands. The islands are well connected by ferry to the mainland, Ugljan to the Zadar port of Gaženica from the town of Preka and Pasman to Biograd from the town of Tkon.

Holiday homes Twins: are accommodation units located on the seashore, have a spacious yard with parking and a view of the Pasman channel. The cottages are suitable for accommodation of families or groups of friends, where each group of up to 5 people has its own cottage and the cottages are in close proximity to each other.
Mooring for boat, jet ski, kayak, sup ... is right in front of the houses along the waterfront. The mooring is suitable for a vessel with a length of about 6m and a draft of about 1m.
In front of the houses by the shore you can sunbathe, swim in the clean and clear sea, sit on the benches and enjoy the view of the sea.
The houses are located near two beautiful sandy beaches; Banj beach (approx. 500 m away) and Matlovac Ždrelac beach (approx. 600 m away).

Banj beach:
The beach is located by pine and tamarisk trees, the outer side is concrete and there is sand in the sea, so it is suitable for small children. There is a shower on the beach and near the beach there is a restaurant, cafe, minimarket.

Matlovac Zdrelac beach:
The beach is located by a pine forest, the outside is concrete and there is sand in the sea, so it is suitable for small children. On the beach there is a shower, restaurant, café, beach volleyball and a slide.

Accommodation:

Mobile home Aqua MH101 - for up to 5 people - holiday home, fully equipped for a comfortable stay for up to 5 people. The cottage has: TV, air conditioning, internet, gas stove (without oven), microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, charcoal grill. Water from the tap is safe to drink. In front of the entrance to the house there is a covered terrace with seating. In the living room there is a sofa. 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets with shower. In one room there is a double bed with toilet and shower. The second room has 2 beds + 1 extra bed.
Beds: 2+2 (+1 extra).

Mobile home Terra MH102 - for up to 5 people - holiday home, fully equipped for a comfortable stay for up to 5 people. The cottage has: TV, air conditioning, internet, gas stove (without oven), microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, charcoal grill. Water from the tap is safe to drink. In front of the entrance to the house there is a covered terrace with seating. In the living room there is a sofa. 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets with shower. In one room there is a double bed with toilet and shower. The second room has 2 beds + 1 extra bed.
Beds: 2+2 (+1 extra).

Tent - is an additional accommodation, which is rented only with the rental of the house, for up to 3 people. It is located in the shade under an olive tree.
The kitchen, toilet, etc. are used in the house, which you also rent.

Pets are allowed at an extra cost.
