This new apartment house is located just 20 meters from sandy beach in village Duće on Omiš Riviera, 2,5 km away from Omiš center.
There are 12 accommodation units, studios for 2-4 persons with kitchen, bathroom and balcony, placed at 1st and 2nd floor.
Ground floor is designed as a reception hall and it is used as a storage vault on days of tourists' shifts or as a room for tourists' gathering.
Parking place is provided directly in the yard in front of the house.
Directly opposite the house there is a beach bar and an exchange office.
Near the house there are restaurants, bars and grocery stores.
Most accommodation units have a sea view.
For clients who want to have meals outside the apartments breakfast and dinner are served in the nearby restaurant, located 50m from the house.
