The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the newly built building, south-west orientation. The building is equipped with the elevator and the block is directly at the riverside across the old town of Omiš, close to grocery store, beach, and restaurants.
The apartment is fully-equipped - kitchen (dishwasher, owen, hot plate, micro, fridge), washing machine, dryer, free wi-fi, cable TV + PlayStation 4, A/C in every room, big comfy beds. Parking place is located within the building so that car can be seen from the apartment. Apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, toilet and two balconies. The apartment is located in one of the most luxury buildings in the town.
Since the apartment is located on the walkway on the river Cetina, that leads to old town of Omiš, there is no need for the car since the whole town can be observed on foot.
