Holiday home Pomalo has a spacious and bright living room with a panoramic view of the sea and mountains, satellite TV, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 spacious bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with plenty of storage space. This is a new construction, the house was completed in the spring of 2023.

Have breakfast in peace on the covered terrace with an exceptional view of the majestic Velebit mountain range (which turns a different color at every time of day) and relax with an afternoon coffee while looking at the legendary island of Zečevo. (The island can be reached almost on dry foot and you can walk up to the church, which stands alone at the end of it).

You can perceive the soul of the place best during a pleasant walk accompanied by the soft sound of church bells, when you go shopping at the local bakery... Or you can watch how the locals bring out antique furniture and everyday items right on the street during festivals. (Just as they open their homes, they also open their hearts. Stories simply come alive in this place). The real heart of Dalmatia beats here.

Holiday home Pomalo can be found right in the heart of the village of Vrsi, yet it is exceptionally quiet. The house is literally just a few steps away from the oldest local street (where you can admire the charm of the old stone houses), on the other hand, there are also extraordinary amenities (a doctor's office, a well-stocked pharmacy, several grocery stores, a cafe are within walking distance) , bakery, playground, car service, cosmetics, massages, post office and ATM, and so on).

If you want to immerse yourself in the whirlwind of restaurants and bars, you can easily (within 5 minutes by car) be in the Vrsi-Mulo area. Here you can listen to the singing of musicians and sailors during frequent festivities and taste a variety of figs, olives and other homemade organic specialties at regular festivals. But then you can go back to relax in another world - to the holiday house Pomalo (to the place where the heart of Dalmatia quietly beats).

Right behind the village is the sandy beach Ričina with a gradual entrance to the sea, where all beach services are waiting for you - including bars, sunbeds, umbrellas, sports equipment rental and many water attractions for children and adults.

Diving and snorkeling lovers will like Duboka Draga beach (it is right in the village) or Uvala Ljaljkovača beach, where they will be able to observe colorful shoals of fish and rich underwater life around the reefs. Thanks to the purity of the sea here, you can simply lie comfortably on the surface and observe the beauty below you.

The oldest royal city (Nin) is only 5 km away. Here again, you walk past the illuminated historical walls, along wooden bridges (leading over the sea fields, from which valuable sea salt is obtained - a panacea, which you can also buy, for example, in the local salt museum).

The town of Nin is also home to the Queen's Beach, the longest sandy beach in Croatia. (And it is not for nothing that it is also among the 100 best beaches in the world...). And we can't forget the local healing mud deposits, which you can freely use and which have a beneficial effect on your health.

In the vicinity of the village of Vrsi there are countless cycle paths and countless possibilities for pleasant walks and hikes of all levels of difficulty. For all age categories (for children, athletes, seniors, in short, for everyone - thanks to the exceptional character of the local landscape).
