Charming apartment in Vrsi Mulo, great place in Dalmatia for family vacation

This nice house is situated directly by the sea which gives her a special charm. It has 3 beautiful and modern apartments of
different dimensions with rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, air conditions, Wi- Fi and Sat-tv.
In front of the house is a long beach with facilities and small harbour.

Apartment with capacity for up to 5 people, located in area of Vrsi- Mulo a few minutes’ walk away from store, restaurant, bus
station and the beach.
The whole apartment has plenty of natural light coming through the glass doors.
Apartment is on the beach and in the summer season sometimes you can hear music from the caffe bar, peoples on the beach or childrens playing.
Caffe bar doesn't work all night and after 23 h or 24 h ( end of june, july and august ) they put music quieter and then are closing.

The place Vrsi lies 5 km to the north-east of Nin. The centre of the place is on a hill only some hundred metres away from the
sea. Vrsi is divided into several quarters of which two are directly by the sea: Zukve and Mulo.
There are pebble beaches and most of them have easy access to the sea. Next to the beach is a promenade with the main road and
several shops, restaurants, coffee bars and a pier.

On the west side of Vrsi begins a 2 kilometres long pinewood, completely unsettled and an ideal place for nudists or people
looking for solitude.
The access to the sea is rocky but only 10 meters into the sea you’ll find sand on the seabed.
The nearest airport is the Zadar Airport- Zemunik, only 28 kilometres away. The nearest ferry port and railway station is in

Zadar (25 kilometres). Buses drive several times a day on the route Vrsi-nin-zadar.

In the apartment are house rules. All the guests must respect
what is written. In the case of big excess about house rules, landlord have right to put guests out with out any compensation.

On the arrival guests, becouse GDPR, must give theirs identity cards so we can make check in for Touristic office.

If you are coming with highway from Zagreb, your exit is Posedarje. Then you drive to Pag and Razanac. On the big crossroad to
Razanac (right) you must go left. Follow sign to Zadar and Nin, not Pag. After place named Ljubac, you will see a sign to Nin,
Poljica and Vrsi.

If you go with a bus, on the main bus station get your bus to Vrsi. Bus is going about every hour to Vrsi.If you are coming with
aeroplane and you need transfer to Vrsi, there is possibility that I can pick you up. Depends is it car available.
