The location of the house is quiet because it is located in a side street and 500 m from the center of Jezera, shops and restaurants.

Distance from two beaches, Jezerska plaža and Lovisce is 800 m, 15min walk.

Jezera is a famous fishing village, and the gastronomic offer in the taverns and restaurants is excellent.

There are also two national parks (Kornati and Krka) that are in the immediate vicinity, and they can be visited on organized daily excursions.
