The holiday apartment is in the quiet holiday destination of Volme (Banjole) in southern Istria, near Premantura and Medulin and just five kilometres from Pula.

The apartment has air conditioning, satellite TV including German channels, a DVD player, free wireless Internet access, a private safe, free bed linen and hand towels, a fully-equipped kitchen including an oven, coffee machine, kettle and many other appliances and utensils. During the winter you can use the gas central heating for pleasant warmth. The beds measure 160 x 200cm in the main bedroom and 140 x 200cm for the supplementary bed and sofa bed. There is also a children’s bed measuring 80 x 140cm.

A private car parking space is available right in front of the house. There is a pool (10 x 4m, maximum depth 1.9m), as well as a private, fenced little terrace with a parasol and deckchairs.

There are shops and many sights in the nearby Premantura, Medulin, Fažana or Pula, all within 15 minutes by car. Banjole was a fishing village which is now a perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet and to relax. Many fish restaurants offer fish that you cannot find anywhere else. About 200 metres from the apartment there is a pebbled beach for swimming and there are many hiking and cycling trails leading e.g. to the Kamenjak nature reserve, the southern tip of the Istrian peninsula. You can walk around almost the entire peninsula along a coastal path. The slightly hilly terrain is also ideal for cyclists or joggers. The many bays with crystal clear water are popular bathing spots.
