Villa Apartments Julca are located first row to the sea where there is a beautiful long sandy beach with all facilities for children and adults. From the terrace where you can sunbathe there is a beautiful view of the restaurant next to the beach. The restaurant is located on site. The restaurant has an indoor area and an outdoor terrace by the sea where you can taste some of the traditional Dalmatian dishes. Near the restaurant there is a shop and market with fresh fish, fruits and vegetables.

Our guests are free to use all amenities such as: sun terrace, terrace with sitting, garden, outdoor grill with sitting and garden, free barbecue equipment, restaurant (extra charge), free parking.

Guests will be able to use all the facilities that are part of their apartment and terrace on the 1st floor, garden on the ground floor and outdoor barbecue.
Guests can use the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner (at an additional cost).

Along the waterfront there are numerous cafes and restaurants by the sea with outdoor terraces where you can taste traditional Dalmatian food.

In the town of Kaštela you can relax on a long walk along the Kaštela waterfront at sunset or at dawn. If you want to visit nearby cities such as Trogir or Split, we recommend using a car or public transport. The bus station is only a 9-minute walk from the apartment.
