-On the ground floor there are 3 accommodation units - Studio Apartments Ap1, Ap2, Ap3 (2+1 person). Studio Apartment Ap3 has larger terrace.
-On the first floor there are two accommodation units - S5 and S6. Each one is equipped with bathroom, kitchenette, balcony, LCD TV, air conditioning. Balconies have sea view.
All apartments are air-conditioned and have TV, wifi internet, and parking space.
Parking is not far from the house, 80 meters away from the house.

The house is situated in a quiet part of Jelsa, 80 meters from the sea and the rocky beach. Not far from the house, only few minutes of walking, there are several small pebble beaches and one sandy beach. Around the house there are gardens with many Mediterranean plants, such as olives, figs, pomegranates, lemons, rosemary ... and by the house is a forest. All these plants coupled with the proximity of the sea contributes to the unique relaxing and pleasant aroma.

The combination of the pine forest and the sea, along with promenade near sea provide excellent conditions for sport and recreation for your entire family (jogging, cycling, rollerblading, long walks, Nordic walking). The usual offer is made complete with beautiful landscapes that gradually ascend from the sea towards the interior of island, making it an ideal destination for cycling lovers, where you will find wine cellars, olive oil tasting rooms, taverns with Dalmatian specialties where you will experience all the richness of Dalmatian flavors and scents of the Mediterranean.

Jelsa is located in a bay on the northern coast of the island of Hvar, which with its moderate climate, beautiful beaches, unique vegetation, historic and cultural heritage is considered as one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Of all the places on the island, Jelsa has numerous and most beautiful beaches. Besides its natural beauty, Jelsa is abundant with olive groves and vineyards, and some of the best Croatian wines come from Jelsa's vineyards and vine cellars.

GROUND FLOOR:

Studio Apartment 1 (or studio apartment 2, or studio ap 3) (2+1) is located on the ground floor. It has a bathroom and kitchenette. It is suitable for 2 adults. Also we can put an armchair bed for child. There is also LCD TV, air conditioning, bed linens, hand and shower towels. A kitchenette is equipped with dishes and cutlery. In the shade, in front of the Studio Apartment 1 and next to the garden is a table with chairs. Our house is near sea and it takes less than a minute to get on foot from the bed to the beach. Only few minutes of walking, there are several small pebble beaches. All our guests can use grill (barbecue) area and WiFi internet. Studio Apartment 3 (2+1) has big terrace with table and chairs. Terrace is between two gardens and next to the pine forest.

1st FLOOR:

There are two accommodation units on the 1st floor. S5 and S6 can be rented together as one separate accommodation unit because those have the main entrance which is separated from all other apartments.
Accommodation unit S5 (or S6) is on the first floor and it has a balcony, bathroom and kitchenette. It is suitable for 2 adults, and we can put an armchair bed for child. There is also large LCD TV, air conditioning, bed linens and bathroom towels. Balcony with partial sea view has table with chairs for two persons. There is also outdoor area with table and chairs. A kitchenette is equipped with dishes and cutlery. All our guests can use grill (barbecue) area and free WiFi internet. Our house is near sea and it takes less then a minute to get on foot from the bed to the sea. Parking place is not far from the house. Only few minutes of walking from the house there are several small pebble beaches.

FAMILY APARTMENT 4:
Family Apartment 4 has two bedrooms, large kitchen with dining room and living room, terrace with table and chairs. There are also two bathrooms. Each bedroom has bed for two persons. One of the bedrooms also has an extra bed for a child and a balcony with the table and chairs for two persons. The balcony has sea view. The living room has an air conditioning, a LCD TV and a sofa. Sofa can be expanded in bed for two children. In front of the apartment, between the pomegranate tree, olive tree and pine trees there is a terrace with table and chairs. Next to the terrace is a barbecue area which can be used by all our guests. Linens, hand and shower towels are provided. Our house is near sea and it takes less then a minute to get on foot from the bed to the beach. Not far from the house, only few minutes of walking, there are several small pebble beaches.
