Newly built house with brand new equipment. The house is located between Bale and Vodnjan in the seaside village of Batvači, 3 km from the sea. The house has a private pool and parking. The ground floor of the house is adapted for the disabled. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with satellite TV and air conditioning, toilet and 2 spacious bedrooms with private bathroom. There are also 2 en suite bedrooms on the 1st floor. All rooms have their own air conditioning. The house is located 4km from the beach Barbariga.
