The house with a private pool of 75m2, nine air-conditioned apartments and private free parking in the shade of a pine forest, is located in a quiet part of Sumartin with a beautiful view of the sea, the islands, Biokovo, Hvar and Pelješac. The facility is located right next to the beach, twenty meters from the sea and faces south.

In total, nine air-conditioned apartments can accommodate up to 34 people. The apartments are divided into floors: four on the first floor and four on the second, while one is located on the ground floor. Depending on availability, we will offer you apartments that are available at that moment. Prices are lower in June and September, so feel free to contact us for offers for those periods.

Washing machine available on request. Restaurants, coffee bars, supermarkets, post office and the town center are about 500 meters away.

In all apartments there is a new kitchen plate, a new workpiece and a new sink mixer, while the five apartments are completely redesigned; so apartments are modernized. The bathrooms in the other four apartments will be redesigned for the next (2020) season. There is a large common terrace in front of the pool with deckchairs, tables and chairs for enjoying the eye and in front of the pool.
