The minimum stay in the apartments is seven days. To make a reservation, a prepayment of 30% of the total amount is required. On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 2:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Upon arrival at the apartment, it is necessary to present a valid identification document (ID card or passport) to the host for registration at the tourist information office, as required by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. The remaining amount is due upon arrival, minus the deposit amount.
