In front of the house is a beautiful terrace with natural shade. Grill and parking is available in the courtyard. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the center. The apartment has no air conditioning, because the walls are 57 centimeters thick, and therefore is not required and there is a nice and cool climate. On all windows are mosquito grids.
