Overige informatie
The apartment house was built in 2013. It is insulated, the windows have electric shutters and mosquito netting. Water is heated by a solar system, in case the sun does not shine we use electric heating. The house has its own parking for 5 cars, parking is sheltered so that your car is all day protected from the sun. On land that belongs to the house is a large grill that can be used. There is a garden with stone terrace and seating for your relaxation. The apartments are located on the first floor. Each apartment has a private terrace.
The apartment has one parking place /second possible by agreement /. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a window in the bedroom and the bathroom has a mosquito net. All windows are fitted with electric blinds. There is a TV in the living room with a kitchen currently with the Croatian and German channels. TV can be connected with HDMI or USB.
The bedroom has one closet with adjustable shelves and hangers. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, refrigerator. Of course there are things like plates, glasses, cutlery, coffee maker ... The price does not include final cleaning € 60. Reservations are possible in season only from Saturday to Saturday
