The apartment is located on the first floor of a building surrounded by greenery in a quiet elite part of town Porec, over the sport center of hotel Valamar Diamant. Comfortably furnished apartment consists of a spacious living room, large and small bedroom, terrace, enclosed balcony, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet and the entrance area. From the living room, bedroom and terrace is a wonderful view to the sea. It is ten minute walk in the shade of pine trees to the beach with blue flag. Other parts of the apartment have a view to the garden with fruit trees. In the garden is also closed parking place for car.
