Mimice - typical small Mediterranean village of Dalmatia, is located 12 km from Omiš, 35 km southeast of Split and 25 km northwest of Makarska. Mimice began to build in the 17th century, as evidenced by numerous monuments and traditional architecture, which are located in the old part of the village, next to the Catholic Church.The village of Mimice is located on both sides of the road that divides the village into the southern and northern parts, in which it is located Art Gallery. The oldest part of the village is located in the northern part of authentic architecture and narrow streets, which is actually a series of steps. From the south side of the road, the village descends to two coves with beautiful pebbly beaches. Named Juto and Kutleša The clear sea and pine woods, all the way to the beaches and create ideal conditions for a pleasant stay, especially for families with children as well as for those who enjoy the natural environment. In the settlement there are several restaurants and cafes, one shop, post office and bus station.
