The Noa building is located in Nin (Ždrijac district) at the very mouth of a river that flows into the sea. Beautiful sandy beaches are only 70 meters away from the facility. The building was built in 2019 and is completely new. It offers parking, a berth for ship, air conditioning, wifi, TV, fridge, stove, microwave... All entrances are divided and apartments have large terraces. Nin is the oldest Croatian city with rich cultural heritage. There is also a rich gastronomic offer in the center of Nin. The addition of the Noa apartment is also a salt museum alongside the Nin saltpan, which also contains a large number of protected bird species.
