Welcome to the new, modern apartments in the heart of Dubrovnik-Lapad. The apartments are located in a quiet location and consist of a bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen/living room combination. The apartments also have large private terraces. The apartments are fully equipped with everything you need for an ideal holiday (air conditioning, WIFI, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen). Right below the street you will find yourself in Lapad bay, where you can have a drink in the many bars or try Dubrovnik specialties in the restaurants along Lapad bay (50 meters from the apartment). At the bottom of Lapad Bay you will find beautiful sandy beaches where you can enjoy the sun and the sea (100 metres from the apartment). If you want to go to the Old Town, the bus station is 30 metres from the apartment and the Old Town can be reached in 10 minutes. The apartment has a private secure parking lot.
