The house is located about 400 m from the main attraction of the city of Crikvenica, the city's main sandy beach 700 m is one of the most beautiful on the Adriatic, suitable for swimming and bathing in the sea for adults, and especially for children due to the configuration of the beach with a long shallow water. The house is about 400 m from the LIDL and KONZUM supermarkets with free parking, and the house is about 1000 m from the center of Crikvenica, where the main square with the Crikvenica Tourist Board Information Point, the city Museum, the Aquarium, and a wide range of boat trips in the city port and gastronomic offer in a large number of quality restaurants.

Apartment APP1 has 2 comfortable bedrooms, a large living room with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed, a kitchen with utensils, a bathroom with a shower and another separate toilet, air conditioning, TV/SAT, WI FI Internet speed 200 Mb/s. The apartment is equipped with new furniture in the bedrooms with comfortable beds, with quality bedding and towels for guests. The price of APP includes the use of air conditioning, fast WI FI, parking space in the yard of the house, all of the above and the tourist tax is included in the price of APP1.
Apartment APP2 for 6+1 persons is large (80 m2), comfortable and beautiful and provides guests with a pleasant stay. The apartment has a 40 m2 balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. The living room has a sea view, together with the pantry and kitchen it is 30 m2. APP guests also have 3 bedrooms with new furniture (2 double beds 180 x 200 cm, 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), which have direct access to the balcony, 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Apartment APP2 is equipped with air conditioning, TV/SAT, WI-FI internet speed 200 Mb/s, kitchen with dishes and microwave, bedroom with bed linen, towels.
The price of APP includes the use of air conditioning, WI FI, parking space in the fenced yard of the house, all taxes and tourist tax.
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS: In the period from 01.06. - 30.06. and from 01.09. - 30.09.2025. we give discounts on the prices of APP1 and APP2 for guests staying for a minimum of 7 days, and for stays of 14 days and more we give a 5% discount on the price of APP1 and APP2 for reservations in June and September. For APP reservations in 2026, in the period from 04.07. - 29.08.2026., the change of guests in APP1 and APP2 is Saturday - Saturday (7 or 14 days or more).
