In the beautiful Dalmatian town near Rogoznica, there is a newly built Villa pr' Dalmatincu (Uvala Stivašnica 50B) with a outdoor pool, a garden, an outdoor covered area with a table for 10 people, a barbecue, a rocking egg and an outdoor shower. The offer includes 3 bedrooms with balconies and double beds (200 x 210 cm) and a room with two single beds. A fifth room with a double bed is available for an additional fee. The villa has 4 toilets, 3 bathrooms with shower, fully equipped kitchen and dining room with all the necessary appliances (fridge, freezer, microwave, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster), living room with large TV (flat screen), large sofa and club table, free WIFI. Towels (bath and regular), soap and toilet paper are available for use. Next to the villa is a private parking space for 3 cars. The beach is 100 m away.
